Hello and god bless you all (regardless of the god you believe in).

My name is Maria Markela, a 60 year old grandmother and recently divorced single woman. Since I already wrote that in the about me section I start to believe I'm getting accustomed to this "title of honor".

But instead of starting you off with some quality ranting (you know at 60 you usually tend to rant and not even know you do) I will provide you with some info about what exactly I want to do with this blog.

Ever since my divorce, I have been miserable and (well actually more miserable than before, since my husband was no saint to begin with) felt like a piece of paper that wraps a gum, only after the gum is eaten and the paper is in the trashcan.

In my age getting familiar with technology and computers was not easy at all. Thanx to a little angel I took that step and got to blogging, which was my target.

Since I tend to talk much, I carry this over to my writting, so I apologize in advance :)

This blog is made so that I can feel like at least trying to work in some way. It is a commitment of getting to turn the internet into a small part time job for me.

And that's because pity is the last thing I want people to feel about me when they knock on my door knowing that I live off money my grandkids and sons give me.
